Please use NetLimiter lawfully and understand that it is a bandwidth control tool, not an IP-hiding or anonymity service.
1. The service
NetLimiter is a free Android app intended to help you manage network bandwidth on your own device or a device you are authorized to control. Its features may change through updates or maintenance.
2. Device compatibility
NetLimiter requires Android 10 or later and uses Android VPN permissions. Performance can vary by device, network, firmware and other installed VPN apps. Android may prevent two VPN services from operating simultaneously.
3. Installation and updates
Official APK files are provided only when a signed build has been published to this website. Always verify the download source and check the provided SHA-256 digest. You are responsible for reviewing Android installation and permission prompts. Updates require your confirmation.
4. Acceptable use
Use NetLimiter only on devices and networks you are entitled to manage. Do not use it for illegal activity, unauthorized interference, or attempts to bypass network policies.
5. Availability and limitations
The app is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, exact throughput under every condition, or compatibility with every VPN and Android device. You can stop the limiter or revoke VPN permissions using Android settings.
